Our rental and purchase offer includes old buildings, new buildings, apartments, penthouses, townhouses and villas in the most sought-after locations in Berlin. In addition, we advise property developers on the planning and marketing of projects – starting with market positioning, marketing and sales to processing and after-sales service.

The Koch siblings

Florian Koch studied health economics and is a self-confessed lover of real estate. Consequently, he gave in to his enthusiasm for luxury real estate and started a second career as office manager at an international real estate company in Italy. From 2008 to 2013 he was the first license partner and franchisee of Dahler & Company in Berlin. In 2013, together with his sister Katja, he founded his own real estate company, which has been one of the best addresses and a fixture in southern Berlin ever since. “We can and want to be independent in the selection of projects. We want to deliver the best quality and that only works through personal support and discreet and trouble-free action when it comes to marketing orders.”

Katja Koch is a multilingual German-American (German, English, Italian, French) with Hamburg roots, a Westphalian high school diploma, a degree in Munich (qualified translator) and an insatiable desire to travel. After professional positions in a renowned Hamburg shipping company and at the advertising agency Springer & Jacoby followed a long-term move to Switzerland as event manager at Centro Dannemann in Ticino. In 2010 Katja Koch moved to Dahler & Company Berlin. In 2013, together with her brother Florian, she founded her own real estate company, which has been one of the best addresses and a fixture in southern Berlin ever since. “Really exclusive real estate usually no longer appears on the market today. It is more and more about the right network contacts, which are indispensable for procurement as well as for discrete marketing.”

The team

Katharina Koch, born in 1975, lives and works as a designer, artist and illustrator in Berlin after six years in Basel and Zurich. She studied industrial design and visual communication in Berlin and Basel. In addition to the graphic projects, her artistic work largely deals with the subject of fashion, the depiction of garments and materiality. In addition to many exhibitions and projects as an artist and illustrator, she worked as a designer for accessories, including for the Porsche Design Group. In 2014 she successfully founded her own accessories label POMPONPOUF. At Koch & Friends she is responsible for the entire graphics and the corporate design. Katharina Koch is married to Florian Koch, together they have two sons. “For me, a visually appealing, clear appearance is part of everyday self-image. I try to realize this in aesthetic approaches – also for the presentation of your property as an artistic sketch!”

Konstantin Gastmann has been working as a real estate photographer in Berlin and throughout Germany for over 10 years. The experience from more than 2,000 photographed objects has sharpened his eye for the increased demands on architectural photography. He has an eye for the perfect angle, efficient work and absolute professionalism. In addition to classic photography, Konstantin Gastmann creates virtual tours and, if necessary, aerial photographs.

Florian Koch ist studierter Gesundheitsökonom und bekennender Immobilien-Liebhaber. Folgerichtig gab er seiner Begeisterung für Luxus-Immobilien nach und startete eine zweite Karriere als Büroleiter bei einer internationalen Immobilienfirma in Italien. Von 2008 bis 2013 war er erster Lizenzpartner und Franchisenehmer von Dahler & Company in Berlin. Im Jahr 2013 gründete er gemeinsam mit seiner Schwester Katja sein eigenes Immobilienunternehmen, das seither eine der besten Adressen und eine feste Größe im Berliner Süden ist.

Katja Koch ist multilinguale Deutsch-Amerikanerin (Deutsch, Englisch, Italienisch, Französisch) mit Hamburger Wurzeln, westfälischem Abitur, Münchener Studium (Dipl. Übersetzerin) und einer unstillbaren Reiselust. Nach beruflichen Stationen in einer renommierten Hamburger Reederei sowie bei der Werbeagentur Springer & Jacoby folgte ein langjähriger Wechsel in die Schweiz als Leiterin Event des Centro Dannemann im Tessin. 2010 wechselte Katja Koch zu Dahler & Company Berlin. Im Jahr 2013 gründete sie gemeinsam mit ihrem Bruder Florian ihr eigenes Immobilienunternehmen, das seither eine der besten Adressen und eine feste Größe im Berliner Süden ist.

Im Jahr 2014 gründete sie erfolgreich Ihr eigenes Accessoire-Label POMPONPOUF. Bei Koch & Friends ist sie für die gesamte Grafik, sowie das Corporate Design zuständig. Katharina Koch ist verheiratet mit Florian Koch, zusammen haben sie zwei Söhne.
